Briefs

Mr. Band has filed numerous amicus briefs, several of which have been cited with approval by courts. Justice Breyer's majority opinion in Kirtsaeng v. Wiley referenced the brief written by Mr. Band on behalf of a group of library associations. His briefs were also cited in the Google Books, HathiTrust, and Aereo decisions, among other.
